A wine made of Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Sevilen Güney Plateau vineyard located in Güney village Aegean region, Denizli district.
 
Fantastic Sauvignon Blanc. A very deep yellow hue in appurtenance, medium body. To the nose this gorgeous wine entices with intense aromas of passion fruits and mango, apricots and tropical fruits.  On the palate the fruits come through with a announced presence of these fruits. The fermented aging of 10 months in French oak barrels shines through with a soft sweet plate and a lime finish.
 
Along with the light smoky flavours the wine also features a rich minerals depicting the soil characteristics of vineyard. This dry wine displays a rich blend of grapefruit and citrus flavours. An absolute pleasure to drink.
