This high altitude rosé, made from the indigenous Kalecik Karasi grapes shows its self in a pale salmon colour with delicate floral, cherries, raspberries and ripe fruit aromas on the nose.

This is a delicious wine, made with flavour and summer in mind. The wine makers from Sevilen have created an absolute great summer drink. A single grape variety from the well established eastern vineyards of Turkey. Plenty of texture and well established vines making this a refreshing rosé that weighs plenty of flavour in the mouth.

Great on a hot day, balanced with lively acidity and a lingering finish is sure to please.

A simply delightful rosé that will stimulate before any meal or paired with most seafood and light pasta dishes. My prefered hot weather drinking this summer down under.
