There are nine different parcel vineyards at sevilentepe. Wines made from these vineyards are appropriately labelled as being from the ninth parcel.
 
This area has a perfect setting with its vineyards being not too far from the city of Izmir, Menderes district, located in Sevilentepe (Sevilen Peak). A generous melange of ripe intense berries on the nose layered with earthy mineral tones, rosemary aroma and thyme herbaceous complexity.
 
Smooth, medium bodied entry with intense juicy red and black berry flavours that are in perfect harmony with well defined yet restrained ripe tannin.
 
A pleasurable accompaniment to any red and white meat dish or, aged cheeses such as cheddar.
